A review of research on pedagogical content knowledge in science and mathematics education in the last five years

This study aims to review Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) studies related science and mathematics education in the ERIC database. In addition, journals published Eric database were searched using same keyword. Thirty-five analyzed standards from literature. A qualitative thematic was conducted this study. All articles downloaded read by researchers. Each researcher examined them together determine themes. The themes determined subjects topics studied, profile of participants, data collection instruments, design, consideration pedagogical content knowledge with its components. results reviewed terms competencies preservice in-service teachers knowledge, analysis development prospective teachers' components knowledge. Some implications these findings suggested for determining developing teachers.
